When you continuously yell at people in an attempt to gain or maintain control by making people fear you, it is emotional abuse.

Besides, when you yell at people, they don’t hear the ‘words’ you are saying because they shut you out–disconnect!

Fear destroys all that is good in any organization.: employee satisfaction, sense of well-being, confidence, team performance, breaks down trust, and so much more..
