True diversity today requires that we value & respect ALL people for their individual uniqueness. Get to know people and develop relationships to nurture trust. Every individual is unique, a culture of one.
To place any group of people in a box and expect everyone in that group to behave the same is a lie. It can’t be done.
We are ALL unique.
