Ask and Listen to others. Don’t continuously give people all the answers or ‘tell people what to do and how to do things.’ Or worse, constantly tell people what to do and how to do it because “you know it all.”
When people are given a voice, and the freedom to think and act on their own, they work together to solve problems. They Collaborate! They learn about everything, but they are also developing stronger problem-solving skills.
Empower people! Trust them!
Besides, when you ask and listen to people, you are demonstrating respect, purpose , and trust. Human needs that when met are powerful intrinsic motivators. #leadership #leadershipcoach #coaching #SHRM
